A site that offers an example of outstanding natural underwater beauty. The reef consists of a coral garden: a plateau: and a wall that is falling down beyond 50 meters. At about 27 meters some bits and pieces of a wreck can be found – not much but the engines from this boat that was once a patrol boat are now left. Along the drop off there are good chances of seeing black tip and white tip reef sharks. Shaabruor Umm Gamar offers very diverse and interesting marine life. Great moray eels, and some pelagic species are also visitors here.
