The Pale Dottyback (Pseudochromis pesi) is a species of fish belonging to the family Pseudochromidae. This marine species is typically associated with reef environments and can attain a maximum length of 10 cm. It resides at depths ranging from 10 to 45 meters in tropical waters.

The Pale Dottyback is usually observed around small, isolated rocks or coral formations situated on sandy substrates. It can be found either alone or in pairs. The species is located in the 🌊 Red Sea, specifically off the coasts of 🇪🇬 Egypt, 🇯🇴 Jordan, and 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia.
