Where does my money actually go?
Server and image hosting, dive trips to photograph new species, and the time to research and write each page - nothing more.
Will there ever be a paywall?
No. Knowledge of the underwater world should be free for every diver. The atlas stays open - reader support is what makes that possible.
Is my tip tax-deductible?
We’re an independent project, not a registered charity, so a tip is not tax-deductible - but every cent goes straight into the atlas.
Do you run ads?
No ad networks - just a few clearly-marked partner banners. Reader support keeps the rest of the site ad-light and paywall-free.
