Cornetfishes

The cornetfishes or flutemouths belong to the Fistulariidae family, which is a small family of elongated fishes in the Syngnathiformes order. Within this family, there is a single genus, Fistularia, comprising four species. These species are distributed globally across tropical and subtropical marine environments.
