The Goldhead Sweeper, also known as the Egyptian Sweeper (Parapriacanthus guentheri), is a tropical, reef-associated marine species found in the Western Indian Ocean, particularly in the Red Sea. It reaches a maximum length of 5.6 cm. This species is known to be prey for groupers, specifically Cephalopholis hemistiktos and Cephalopholis miniata, within its habitat in the Red Sea.
